Resume and Cover Letter Coaching: We’ll help you shine your brightest and catch the eyes of our hiring managers. In a cover letter, we want to know why you want to work at St. Stephen's, why you have applied for the position, and how your experiences and skills will contribute to our mission and workplace.
Learn about St. Stephen’s & Employee Benefits: We have a rich history as a community service provider with 15 ongoing programs in direct service and education. Our team members will share information about their work and our benefits package, which includes medical, dental, paid time off, and more!
On-the-Spot Interviews: In a 15-minute interview, you will share with our interviewers your knowledge, experiences, and skills that will contribute to our mission and workplace. Our interview teams will provide recommendations to hiring managers conducting final interviews on a later date.
$250 Signing Bonus: You’ll receive a $250 signing bonus when you complete an on-the-spot interview and stay at St. Stephen’s for 6 months upon hire.
